Brynafon is a family run hotel and our home. We aim to provide a relaxed, comfortable and friendly atmosphere and hope that all requests are dealt with efficiently and all guests are made to feel welcomed throughout their stay.
Car Parking
• Car parking for approximately 60 cars at front of hotel in hotel grounds.
• Luggage drop off point at main door.
• Distance from Rhayader to Hotel is 0.5 mile or 10 minutes walk.
• Distance from nearest railway station based at Llandrindod Wells approx 8 miles away.
• There is a limited taxi service and bookings may be made at the hotel. Please note that advance bookings are necessary to avoid disappointment.
• The main entrance/reception is open from 0800 – 2330 hrs each day.
• The hotel has three floors and all main facilities e.g. reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, conference rooms, toilets and inner courtyard are all on the ground floor and on one level.
• There is an accessible unisex disabled toilet with small ramp opposite reception, with extra gents and ladies toilets in public areas on ground level.
• Door widths are from 780mm.
• There is a public phone at main entrance.
• There are twenty bedrooms in total.
• Two ground level rooms, one family room (double and twin bedded en-suite with shower room) and a twin bedded en-suite room with bath and shower on ground floor, although not disabled are used by disabled guests.
• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The owners live on site and are available to assist whenever possible.
