Conference Information
Conference venue in Rhayader available for hire. Book your meetings at our mid Wales conference venue where we can offer all required facilities for your meeting including food and accommodation.

Someone once describe Rhayader as an ‘equal grief’ location which made us smile.  We prefer to say that we are truly at the centre of Wales being equidistant between border and sea and North and South.  That and being situated on the main A470 with a large car park makes us a perfect  location for your pan-Wales meetings as many hundreds of organisations have discovered.  Residential meeting are also popular, with a relaxed atmosphere and great food and facilities you can really get the most out of your staff and stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ALL CANCELLATIONS
We insist on fax/email conference cancellation without which we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of the booking.
Once a booking has been confirmed by either a deposit or in writing via fax/email our cancellation policy is as follows:-

CANCELLING RESIDENTIAL CONFERENCES
Less than 15 days before event - one third off the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before event – half of the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 2 days notice of cancellation – the full amount is charged.

CANCELLING DAY CONFERENCES
Less than 5 days before event - one third off the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 2 days before event – half of the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 1 days notice of cancellation – the full amount is charged.
